* Managing calendars in OTAs : Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, HomeAway,Traveloka,TripAdvisor and other
* Managing calendars via booking websites owned by bnbprofits
* Managing data in Guest Log Book Autoreport System
* Processing bookings from direct booking website and walk in
* Coordinating viewings and reservations with agents
* Updating Rates in all OTAs and Direct booking websites as described in the pricing strategy for each property
* Assist in account preparing for Monthly Reports as requested

- Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
